Axel Vincent – and the Zinner C-melody mouthpiece

The  Zinner Special C-Mel mouthpiece  is featured on a blog (link) below, played on a Buescher C-Mel by a French classical oboist called Axel Vincent – it’s the second sample (Grisaille) Heavy on the vibrato in this instance, but I think you’ll agree, very flexible mouthpiece with an excellent dynamic range. I didn’t know I had a twin brother !!

However, you may find the first sample on alto (Greensleeves) more interesting for the human angle – and the smile says it all ! Thanks for making my day, Axel .
